Job Opportunities for International Students in the USA
On-Campus Employment:
Can work on campus 20 hrs./week during study time
Can work full time, i.e. 40 hrs./week during holidays.
Positions Include:

Hourly Employment- Food Services, Library, Event Coordinator, Laboratory Assistant, etc.
Optional Practical Training(OPT):
Students who are lawfully enrolled on a full-time basis & have completed at least-full academic year.
F-1 visa holders are eligible for a 12-month OPT which allows extension for another 24 months if they hold a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Curricular Practical Training (CPT):
- To be eligible for CPT, the student must have completed 9 months in lawful status and should be currently on F-1 status.
- CPT can be full time (>20 hours week) or part time (20 hours or less per week).
